Why do I get "Recharge not found" when I try to Claim my Recharge?

Please check you are typing in the information that is exactly on your Paypal account. If you are, then check your email inbox/junk box. If you can't find it, then please contact us on Live Support because sometimes Paypal confirmation doesn't reach our server.

Can I have a trial?

Unfortunately, the developer has not issued trials as of yet, but we are pushing for it. The only thing we can do is assure you that AionSZ is the most advanced bot available for Aion.

I accidentally bought an EU card when I play on US servers, help? (Vice Versa)

If you have not activated the card, then we can reissue you a new card for your servers.

My servers are not appearing in the server list?

Don't worry, this is normal. You don't have to select the server, just bypass that.

Can I get banned using AionSZ?

There's two ways of getting banned. Care-free botting and detection.

Whenever an update that may affect the bot is released, the bot developers update the bot ASAP.

We recommend that you do not bot 24/7, have obvious hacks turned off and try to communicate in the chat every so often.

Why haven't I received my Recharge?

Some mail providers put us in the junk box, others fully block the emails, so please use the Recharge Claim form or contact us on Live Support.

Is Live Support on 24/7?

Yes, if you cannot get ahold of a Live Support agent, please let us know the date and time and we'll investigate as to why.

How does this bot compare to other bots?

We've seen alot of other bots customers come to AionSZ and they have told us how this bot compares. We can assure you that this bot is the most advanced currently available - and it's what all the farmers use, because they know it's true!

'Please confirm GameID'?

This means that the card you are trying to use is activated on a different account. Check that you have typed in the correct account, then go to Charge -> Check Bot Charge Info and put your card in. You'll see in the bottom left the account that it's on and in the bottom right the expiration date.

If you made a mistake during activation, simply transfer your account. If the Game ID suddenly changed and you've been using the bot fine, then you should change your Bot Card PW by going to Charge -> Change PW and then transfer.

'Incorrect Bot ID'?

If you are using the correct details given to you, please contact us asap.

The bot keeps telling me to update even though I did?

Please download manually in our downloads area. If you still have problems, consult the forums.

Why do I get a virus warning?

The way the bot operates can trigger these warnings, just ignore the warning. If files were removed automatically, terminate the firewall/antivirus and re-download.
